Agrobiothers acquires Bogar

The French manufacturer Agrobiothers has acquired Bogar, a company based in Wallisellen in Switzerland. “Both companies will continue to focus on their respective markets,” states Bogar. Its current sales team will also carry on looking after German pet product retailers.

Agrobiothers is the French market leader in pet care products, with sales most recently hitting 65 mio euros. The company claims a market share of 35 per cent for  its house brand Vetocanis. Bogar occupies a leading position in the anti-parasitic field in Germany and Switzerland with the Bogadent, Bogaprotect and Bogacare lines.
