Pet South America expecting over 21 000 visitors

When Pet South America takes place from 26th to 28th September in Sao Paulo, the organiser, VNU Business media Brasil, expects over 280 exhibitors and more than 21 000 visitors to attend. VNU says that Pet South America 2007 will be the largest business meeting for the pet market in South America. At the last show two years ago, 98 per cent of those attending indicated that they would return for the 2007 show. In addition, 93 per cent found new suppliers or products and 90 per cent considered the trade show to be good. The largest visitor contingent comprised pet product dealers, accounting for over 25 per cent of the total, followed by distributors (15 per cent) and pet food manufacturers (5.5 per cent). www.petsa.com.br
