With over 7 000 visitors and more than 3 000 exhibition stands displaying the products of firms from over 60 countries, the organisers of the PLMA “World of Private Label” show in Amsterdam appeared very satisfied. The show was the biggest in its 21-year history, stressed the organisers, pointing out that private label products have achieved a market share of over 40 per cent for the first time in the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.
