TrixieThe German company presents three new, spacious "Natura" rabbit hutches. These have a hutch in the upper level and a run at ground level. The plastic-coated hutch floor can be pulled out like a drawer, while the run is accessed via a ramp, which can be fitted with a hatch or sliding door. Two of the models offered also feature an extra compartment under the lifting roof where food and accessories can be kept. If filled with straw, this compartment will provide additional insulation in the winter. The hutches are made from glazed pine and have a specially treated roof. Versele Laga"Complete" from the Dutch company Versele Laga consists entirely of extruded chunks, which the company says eliminate the problem of selective feeding. All chunks are enriched with various vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and prebiotics as well as Omega 3 and 6. A unique feature of the mixture, according to Versele Laga, are the especially long fibres added to the extruded chunks, which ensure a balanced intestinal function, the correct wearing down of the teeth and a light diet.
