Take the lead and take controlThe "Canny" collar from British company The Canny Company is a revolutionary new quality product, exclusively designed and manufactured in the UK to the highest standards of workmanship. It stops dogs pulling on the lead and gives owners complete control when walking their pet. It is easy to fit and simple to use. The "Canny" collar is not a head-collar: it is the first "collar" to hand control of the walk back to the owner. It fits like a conventional collar and the lead attaches to a slip line behind the dog's head. This ensures he cannot bring his paw up to remove it. Control is gained by applying pressure when the dog pulls and releasing it when he relaxes. The "Canny" collar is made from black polypropylene webbing with nickel-plated steel guides attached, through which the slip line runs. The slip line fits over the dog's nose, secured by a small plastic clip, and has a D-ring at either end to which the lead attaches.
