Global Pet Expo announces new keynote sessions

Global Pet Expo, which takes place 26 to 28 March in Orlando, Florida, has announced its new series of keynote sessions for the event. Speakers include Bert Jacobs, CEO and co-founder of Life is Good, and Tyler Mathisen, news anchor and vice president of event strategy for CNBC.

"With the introduction of keynote sessions at this year's event, we are maximising the value of attending for pet industry professionals from around the world and providing insightful, engaging programmes to help them reimagine their businesses in 2025. This latest addition to the show reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing the pet industry through expanded education, research, insight and networking opportunities," said Peter Scott, president and CEO of the American Pet Products Association (APPA), which produces Global Pet Expo along with the Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA).

The new keynote sessions will take place on the main stage of the Global Pet Expo General Session on the South Concourse, third floor, of the Orange County Convention Center. At 9 am on 26 March, Jacobs will share his story of entrepreneurship, inspiration and positive social impact. News anchor Mathisen will moderate a panel of executives from some of the pet industry's most recognizable brands at 8 am on 27 March. Key factors such as tariffs, interest rates, employment and AI will be discussed along with our economic outlook.
