Coveris enters the Czech market

The European packaging manufacturer Coveris has acquired the Czech label producer S&K Label. Following the recent purchases of two production plants for flexible packaging in Hungary and Poland, the latest deal in the Czech Republic is Coveris’s third acquisition in central and eastern Europe (CEE) and the first outside the UK pertaining to labels.

S&K Label is one of the most technologically advanced production companies in central and eastern Europe and thus constitutes the perfect strategic complement to the label business of Coveris, creating a pan-European company platform.
