Suziria launches production of snacks

The Ukrainian Suziria Group has put a new production facility for pet snacks into operation. It covers an area of 1 600 m² and is located in the west of the country. It is the group’s third production facility in Ukraine. An investment of around 500 000 euros has been reported. The plan is to produce around 7 200 tonnes of pet products per year. It is operated by Suziria Brands, a Suziria Group company specialising in the development and production of pet products.

The in-house brand Half & Half was also introduced at the same time as the opening of the new production facility. It includes meat snacks for dogs and cats, which are produced in the new plant in Kalush, as well as a natural food that is produced in Poland. The next step will be to launch the Half & Half brand on the international market.
