IQI Trusted Petfood joins OSI Group

With effect from 18 October, IQI Trusted Petfood Ingredients, a provider of premium ingredients to the pet food industry, has joined OSI Group, a supplier of custom value-added beef, poultry, pork, vegetables and other food products. It gives IQI the opportunity to become a global leader in the pet food industry and to co-create new solutions for its suppliers and customers, the company states in a press release.

OSI Group will embrace IQI as a global industry partner specialising in pet food ingredients and functional ingredients in ten different categories including animal protein, fish, omega-3 fish oil, vegetables, and novel ingredient categories such as algae and fermented soy. IQI will also share its dedicated solutions for the entire process from sourcing ingredients to co-development of sustainable concepts, technical service support, quality checks and improvement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution to 60 countries around the world.
