Supreme Petfoods has developed an innovative on-pack promotion to reward loyal customers and increase brand visibility in-store. The campaign, which ran across its Science Selective and Tiny Friends Farm brands, was also designed to further increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, the company said.
According to the UK-based company, the campaign encouraged thousands of participants to scan QR codes on product packaging to enter monthly competitions to win exciting prizes, including gift vouchers, family experiences and accessories. "We have seen an increase in loyalty across all our key markets. The campaign has increased brand awareness and led to more product trials and repeat purchases," said Claire Hamblion, Marketing Director at Supreme Petfoods, commenting on the success of the Scan, Join, Win campaign.
