Müller rolls out its app internationally

German drugstore chain Müller is to offer its app internationally also in future. After the digital customer card rapidly became a “heavily used must-have when shopping” in Germany and Austria, according to the company, the app was introduced in Switzerland in May. Müller’s next goal is to launch the app in Slovenia.

While a transnational system was implemented to open up the new markets, Austrian customers still have a national Müller app. This will be replaced by the international app in June. Once initialised, only the international variant will be available to new customers.

The offering for new locations scarcely differs from the German one. The only difference is that the Müller Pay function can only be used in German and Austrian stores for the time being.
