The Fressnapf Group is extending its contract with the biggest German bonus programme Payback until at least 2025. According to Dr Matthias Bauer, senior vice-president of customer experience at Fressnapf, the partnership has provided huge support for Fressnapf in the last few years. “We can rely on efficient, effective data-driven marketing, get the right offer out to customers at the right time via the right channel and thus achieve a genuine customer-centric approach.” The two companies have been working together since 2015. Payback currently has 31 million active customers in Germany, with 11 million using the Payback app.
