Plaček Group opens 150th Superzoo

The Plaček Group, one of the leading pet store chains in Europe, has opened its 150th Superzoo store in Usti nad Labem (Czech Republic). The new store has a retail area of 500 m² and also features a pet department selling tropical fish, exotic birds, small animals and reptiles. Another ten stores are set to open in the Czech Republic by the end of this year, according to the company.

Outside its home market, the Plaček Group operates 68 Superzoo stores in Slovakia, 63 Kakadu branches in Poland, 45 Dino Zoo stores in Latvia, five more Superzoo outlets in Romania and a Superzoo store in Croatia.
