Voff acquires Aniforte

Voff Premium Pet Food has taken over Aniforte. It is the sixth acquisition by the Stockholm-based Swedish company since it was established in 2014, and the second so far this year. Aniforte employs 70 people at its production plant in Brüggen.The acquisition of Aniforte will reportedly add a range of natural food supplements to the brand and product portfolio of Voff. For Marten Bernow, CEO of Voff Premium Pet Food, the products of Aniforte represent "a fantastic addition to our brand portfolio as we continue to expand across Europe."
