The Nutriment Company acquires Totally Natural Pet Products

The Swedish group of companies The Nutriment Company – formerly Voff – has acquired the Scottish barf manufacturer Totally Natural Pet Products (TNPP). The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of April.

TNPP, based near Glasgow, has been producing raw dog food for over 30 years and sells its products primarily through pet speciality retailers across the UK.

The Nutriment Company is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. It is owned by the Nordic private equity group Axcel.
