Tractor Supply Company acquires Allivet

Tractor Supply Company, a leading rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, announces the completion of its acquisition of Allivet, a privately held online veterinary pharmacy.

The acquisition of Allivet increases Tractor Supply's total addressable market by 15 bn dollars to 225 bn dollars.

Since its founding in 1992, Allivet has grown to become a fully licensed online pet and animal pharmacy in all 50 states, with three distribution centres that allow it to reach much of the US with next-day delivery.
