Fediaf presents Nutritional Guidelines and new advisory board members

At the 24th (virtual) Congress of the European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (ESVCN), the European pet food industry association Fediaf presented the new version of its Nutritional Guidelines for Cats and Dogs. Two new members of its Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) were also introduced. The SAB, which is comprised of leading independent scientists from across Europe, is responsible for updating the Nutritional Guidelines.
The new SAB members are Dr Charlotte Reinhard Bjørnvad, Professor of Companion Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), and Dr Ana Luísa Lourenço, Assistant Professor in the Animal Sciences Department of the University of Tras-os-Montes and Alto Douro in Vila Real (Portugal).
