Fediaf appoints new general secretary

Fediaf, the European pet industry association, has announced the appointment of Sonia Franck as new general secretary.

Franck was general secretary of IML Innovative Medicines Luxembourg, where she played a key role in reshaping the association. Under her leadership, a new five-year strategy was developed at IML, the management was restructured, income streams diversified and the association's profile was raised.

She joins the Fediaf team consisting of Alice Tempel Costa, deputy general secretary and technical director, Aleksandra Prandota, EU policy and regulatory affairs manager and James Ramsay, public affairs & strategic communications manager.
