The US pet toy specialist, Outward Hound, has promoted Michael Black to its new CEO. He succeeds company founder Kyle Hanson, who will transition to a new role as vice-chairman of the board of directors.Michael Black started at Outward Hound in May 2019 and has driven growth in the company's key categories as chief revenue officer. Prior to joining Outward Hound, he held several senior roles at Walmart and Reckitt Benckiser.
