In its latest annual report, Nestlé reports overall growth of more than 3 per cent in organic sales in 2018. Group sales amounted to 91.4 bn Swiss francs (previous year: 89.6 bn Swiss francs).Powdered and liquid beverages top the list with 21.6 bn Swiss francs, followed by nutrition and health science (16.2 bn Swiss francs) and milk products and ice cream (13.2 bn Swiss francs). Pet care comes fourth, with total sales rising from 12.4 bn to 12.8 bn Swiss francs in 2018.Nestlé currently supplies customers in 190 countries. The company's biggest sales in 2018 were in the United States (27.6 bn Swiss francs; +4.1 per cent). While the biggest increases were in the United Kingdom (+8.4 per cent), the Greater China Region (+6.5 per cent) and Canada (+6.2 per cent), sales in Swiss francs declined in Brazil, Russia and Australia.
