Faunaland Dierspecialist wins Dutch Pet Shop of the Year award

An expert jury in the Netherlands has elected Faunaland Dierspecialist Paul Meevis in Weert the winner of the Dutch Pet Shop of the Year 2015 award. The second place in this election was also claimed by a Faunaland shop owner, Faunaland Verstegen in Huissen. In the last few weeks, numerous pet shops in Holland have been visited by a team from Groenhorst Collage in Barneveld and CAH Vilentum under the leadership of Martin Gaus. Faunaland Dierspecialist Paul Meevis put forward its candidacy as part of the process of a total makeover of the pet shop, which re-opened in November 2014.
