PetSmart has a new executive vice president

Phil Bowman is named executive vice president of customer experience at the US-American pet speciality retail group PetSmart. He will report directly to president and chief executive officer David Lenhardt. Before joining PetSmart he served as chief marketing officer at TD Ameritrade, one of the world’s largest online securities brokerage companies, and as senior vice president of brand, planning and data analytics for TD Bank Group.
