The current level of registrations for Interzoo 2010, which will take place at the Messezentrum in Nuremberg from 13 to 16 May, has overtaken the level at a similar stage two years ago and is exhibiting a very steady trend. The organiser highlights the increase in the number of applications from southern Europe and the larger booth areas of small and medium-sized companies as particularly pleasing developments. To maximise the success of the show for exhibitors, the organiser is investing more heavily in canvassing visitors. To this end, banner advertising on the Internet is being expanded for Interzoo 2010 and the number of newsletters in the run-up to the show is to be increased. Visitors should also benefit from new, more stringent regulations regarding dismantling of the booths on the last day of the fair: “We will ensure that show booths are no longer dismantled early in the afternoon of the last fair day, thereby disturbing the show halls,” says Hans-Jochen Büngener, chairman of the Interzoo show committee.
