Strategic cooperation

As reported in the Belgian industry magazine Pet & Garden Pro, the Belgian companies Laroy Duvo and Deckx have decided to collaborate. This merger should create a large pet product supplier, with the resulting competitive advantages being passed on to the customers also. The report states that Laroy Duvo is especially knowledgeable on the French market and Deckx has concentrated hitherto primarily on the Netherlands. The organisation of the two companies is expected to be combined by the end of this year.
