Staff changes at Naturediet

Robin Orrow, the previous CEO of the Norfolk-based pet food manufacturer Naturediet, is going to take more of a back seat in terms of managing the company. According to the company, he will still be taking an active role in the business and remain as director of product development. Managing director Carol Wilcox will take over as the company’s CEO, with Daniel Masters filling the role of managing director. The move is supposed to create a more horizontal hierarchy within the company, increasing the firm’s flexibility and better preparing it for further expansion on the continent.
