OFI seminar at Interzoo

Ornamental Fish International (OFI) will present its second Fish Health Seminar at Interzoo on 23 May. The great success of the first seminar at Aquarama 2007 prompted OFI to stage this seminal event for the international pet supplies market again. The topic of this year's seminar will be the DNA Multiscan Project, which has been developed for rapid detection (within 36 hours) of the presence of over 60 disease-causing organisms in fish and promises to become an invaluable tool for the industry. Professor Kris Willems of the University of Leuven (Belgium) and Dr Gerald Bassleer, the authority on fish diseases, will be presenting the seminar. It will be held in the Messezentrum, Room Oslo, 16:00-17:00 and is open to all interested people.
