Major European expansion

Casco Group has announced serious expansion plans into mainland Europe by way of its acquisition of the Korail Group. This acquisition means Casco Group now own the well-known European brand "Aquastyl", a name synonymous with high-class pet and aquatic shop fittings and installations. "The Korail Group acquisition gives us an undisputed position of dominance, making it the biggest company of its kind in the global pet market and also the largest operator in Europe," said Matthew Bubear, COO in Europe for Casco Group. "Aquastyl" products can be found in a wide range of retail outlets throughout mainland Europe. Customers include Truffaut, Jardiland, Bricomarche, Baobab, Animalis, Villaverde and Vive Le Jardin.
