Backer expects 8 000

More than 8 000 pet store owners, managers, distributors, boarding kennel operators, grooming professionals, mail order catalogue companies and speciality gift store owners are expected to attend the 19th Annual Pet Industry Spring Trade Show and Educational Conference from 30th March to 1st April in Atlantic City. Approximately 600 pet supply manufacturers and distributors in 1 000 booths will feature the latest innovations for pets of all types. A new feature of the show will be the “Aquatic Answers” pavilion, where retailers who carry aquatic merchandise and other related services will be able to shop for a wide variety of targeted products, get expert advice and win valuable prizes. The pavilion will feature two lounge areas that will be used for one-to-one, educational “Ask the Expert” sessions.
