Successful show in Chicago

At the largest and best attended show in its 40-year history, H.H. Backer Associates attracted more than 9 600 buyers from 3 025 retail and wholesale outlets for its 40th Annual Pet Industry Christmas Trade Show and Educational Conference, held from the 6th to 8th October at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Chicago. Total overall attendance, including exhibitors, was 13 770. This year’s Christmas show also featured more exhibitors than any other national pet industry trade show to date, 1 009 exhibitors occupied 1 552 stands. In addition to the established companies, 227 first-time exhibitors took part in the show.
