Beaphar acquires French company ICC

The Dutch company Beaphar has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in the ICC veterinary laboratory in France, thereby enlarging its stable base in the French market. ICC specialises in the development and sale of veterinary medicines for the European market. Beaphar has also announced its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in the Dutch company Aves Product, which specialises in the development and production of bird food and bird care products. The takeover increases Beaphar’s range of speciality products for birds.
