Global Pet Expo in March

Over 700 companies will be exhibiting at the American pet product fair Global Pet Expo. The fair will take place from 23 to 25 March in San Diego and is being organized jointly by the two industry associations APPMA and PIDA. The net exhibition area will be 210 000 square feet (approx. 19 500 m2), and 700 new products will be on show at the fair. 150 companies are exhibiting for the first time at the Global Pet Expo. Joan Embery is expected to be the keynote speaker at the traditional Annual Breakfast on 24 March. Embery has served as a goodwill ambassador for the Zoological Society of San Diego for the last 30 years and speaks to zoos and animal organizations across the United States to promote conservation and support for wildlife programmes.
