In the quest for the optimal food, Petco has developed a variety of complete foods that have been carefully tested by veterinarians and are created as nature intended. With Dog's Love the company aims to offer dogs what nature has provided for canines: fresh muscle meat, high-quality offal, healthy fruit and vegetables, nutrient-rich herbs and valuable, 100 per cent premium grade oils. These are combined here into a product that not only tastes delicious to dogs but also gives them all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements their bodies need.At Petco only one source of protein, for example beef, is used for each type of food and a maximum of one carbohydrate source, such as millet. This means that all products are suitable even for dogs with sensitive digestive systems and intolerances, along with those on exclusion diets. The company has ruled out the use of chemicals, gluten, added sugar, soya, pork, bone meal, slaughterhouse waste, colourings, flavourings and preservatives, flavour enhancers, animal experiments and gene technology.
Made in Austria
The moist food is produced gently and carefully in an Austrian manufactory following the stringent guidelines of the Austrian food laws. Only regional raw materials that meet the company's own standards are preferably used for the Dog's Love recipes developed with the aid of veterinarians. The result is a line of balanced, species-appropriate complete foods. They have a high level of acceptance and digestibility, look appetising and have a tempting, home-cooked aroma.
