Interzoo is regarded as an important pacesetter for the international pet sector. Here trade visitors get a global market overview of the latest food, care and accessory products for cats, dogs, birds, fish and reptiles. Two years ago the show hosted 1 818 exhibitors and 39 075 visitors from 117 countries. It is organised by the Wirt-schaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe GmbH (WZF).

Exhibitors are supported initially by an Internet editorial team when setting up logos, product information and digital press releases.
During the show, exhibitors can then draw attention to their company on site with advertisements in light pylons and light boxes, on LED displays and on banners. At the next Interzoo they may also book so-called "walking acts" for the first time, in which people (max. of two people in a group) clad in promotional clothing move through the halls advertising their show stand. "Along with the show stand, the 'walking acts' are one of the most direct and creative…
