Fitness for cats
British company Sinclair Animal & Household Care Ltd has joined forces with the UK’s leading cat behaviourist Vicky Halls to develop their new “Canac” range. The “Canac” cataerobic centres have been developed to provide cats of all ages and abilities with endless opportunities to behave naturally:
Exercise – through playing, climbing and jumping;
High places – for both rest and observation;
Private places – to hide and avoid contact;
Scratching – for claw maintenance and territorial communication;
Mental stimulation.
The “Canac” Cataerobic Centres are available in a range of contemporary designs and colourways, with sizes to suit all homes.

Natural fish food
Polish company Tropical presents two new specialities for aquarium fish: “Tubi Cubi” contains freeze-dried, purified Tubifex worms. It’s a high-protein natural food in the form of small, nutritious cubes, and a favourite delicacy for carnivorous fish and water turtles. “Red Mico” is a complete high-protein food and contains freeze-dried purified bloodworms – chironomus larvae – a natural delicacy for all smaller aquarium fish.

High-tech air-pump
Italian company Hydor has created a new concept in aquarium air pumps. The distinctive assembly, design and innovative technical solutions make “Ario” unique for its quietness. It is incomparable with traditional external air pumps, which have serious vibration problems. “Ario” is so small that it is positioned inside the aquarium, in the gravel, so that it virtually disappears. Cleaning and maintenance are quick and simple thanks to the components, which are easy to assemble. The new pump is made of non-perishable materials to guarantee long-lasting reliability.
The range has four models to suit most hobbyist needs:“Ario 1” for 10-50 l aquariums, “Ario 2” for 50-100 l aquariums, “Ario 3” for 100-150 l aquariums and “Ario 4” for 150-300 l aquariums.

“Giant” is a retractable lead for large dogs from German company Flexi. The sturdy design will withstand even the strongest strains. In addition to the soft handle for holding it comfortably, the new lead has the patented retraction and braking system, guaranteeing easy operation and smooth extension and retraction of the 8 m belt. “Giant” comes in a semi-open blister pack for sales purposes, allowing the customer to try out the soft handle. The “Giant” lead is available in four colours, red, blue, green and anthracite.
