The list of brand names distributed by Orni "Ex" reads like the who's who of the European pet sector: "Sera", "Hobby", "Tunze" and "Trixie" are all there, as well as "Arcadia", "Tropica", "Gabber" and "Sluis", to mention only a few of the names. Orni "Ex" has developed into a leading supplier to the Portuguese pet market in the course of the last 25 years since it started operating in the marketplace. Meanwhile the company numbers among the top addresses in the pet sector on the Iberian peninsula and currently employs a workforce of around 25.
The Ormi "Ex" company is one of the leading suppliers on the Iberian peninsula.
The spectrum available ranges from bird food and care products for dogs, cats, birds and rodents, to birdcages and aviaries, and on to leads, chains and beds for dogs. It stocks a good assortment of lines for the aquarium and terrarium segments as well. To enable it to present its range to customers from abroad, Orni "Ex" has also brought out a three-language catalogue (in Spanish, Portuguese and English), which introduces the firm's products in both words and pictures.
The range also includes pet litter products.
Vila Nova de Gaia is the location where Orni "Ex" has company premises of 4 000 m² which include a production plant, storage buildings complete with loading and packing zones, and a presentation room. In addition, the premises include a large area for keeping live animals, since the company also imports saltwater and freshwater fishes and exotic birds from all over the world.
