Change of director at Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe

Hubert Wieser, regional director of Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe Central Region, has been appointed regional business head of Nestlé Purina Petcare Zone AOA (Asia, Oceania, sub-Saharan Africa) with effect from 1 October. “Under his leadership, the pet business has experienced impressive growth in terms of sales and market share. In many countries – most recently in Germany – Purina has become market leader during this time,” states the company.

Responsibility for the Nestlé Purina Petcare business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in its new form as Purina Petcare Central Region will be assumed by Carmen Borsche. She is currently in charge of Nestlé’s confectionery business in Germany and Austria.
