Whitebridge merges with Agras Pet Foods

The American pet food manufacturer Whitebridge Pet Brands and the Italian pet food manufacturer Agras Pet Foods are merging. Both companies are owned by the Belgian investment company NXMH. The new company will trade under the name Whitebridge Pet Brands.
Olivier Amice, the current CEO of Whitebridge Pet Brands, will become CEO of the merged company. Pietro Molteni, former CEO of Agras, is leaving.
Whitebridge Pet Brands intends to continue to operate from its two offices in St. Louis (USA) and Genoa (Italy).
