A&M Capital Europe acquires Pet Network International

The Rohatyn Group (TRG), a US-based, globally active asset management company with expertise in emerging markets and property, and A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), a private equity firm based in London that focuses on medium-sized European enterprises, have announced that they have finally reached agreement on the sale of Pet Network International to AMCE.
Pet Network International is regarded as a leading coalition of pet store chains in Southeast Europe with locations in Croatia (Pet Centar), Romania (Animax and Maxi Pet), Slovenia (Mr.Pet), Serbia (Pet Centar) and Bulgaria (Maxi Pet).
Terms of the transaction, which will probably be completed in the third quarter of 2021, were not released.
