Vobra opens a new factory

Vobra Special Petfoods is expanding its operations with a new factory next to its existing factory in Veghel. This will increase the company's production capacity by 50 per cent and create more opportunities to meet the rapidly growing global demand for its dog and cat food products, the company states in a press release.
The new site will house a third production line, an additional warehouse and more office space. It will also allow the company to package its products in smaller quantities. "This expansion marks an important step for Vobra and gives room to grow and develop," says general director Edwin Roelands.
The construction of the new facility began in December 2020. The official opening is scheduled for October.
