Mars Petcare hires new president

Mars Petcare has appointed Ikdeep Singh as regional president of Mars Pet Nutrition North America, a division of Mars Petcare. He joined the company on 31 August and replaces Mark Johnson, current regional president for Mars Pet Nutrition North America. Formally Ikdeep Singh assumes full responsibility for the role as a pet food professional in January 2021.
Most recently, Ikdeep Singh served as president with the L'Oréal Group, where over the past six years he led large and complex brand portfolios in North America. Prior to L'Oréal, he spent 14 years at Procter and Gamble working in various roles.Ikdeep Singh will be responsible for the full Pet Nutrition North American portfolio, including brands like Pedigree, Sheba and Iams.
