Arcaplanet acquires Zoodom

Arcaplanet has acquired the 15 stores belonging to the Zoodom chain. Accounting in total for around 5 600 m² in retail area, the stores are located in the Veneto, Lombardy and Piedmont regions. Arcaplanet thus has 360 outlets overall in Italy as well as two stores in Switzerland.
Zoodom is the fourth acquisition for Arcaplanet since Permira Fond gained a majority holding in the brand in 2016.
