United Petfood acquires Animal Lovers

United Petfood, the international producer of dog and cat food with headquarters in Belgium, has acquired the Dutch company Animal Lovers. Animal Lovers is a producer of biscuits for dogs, horses and rodents in Coevorden in the Netherlands. "The acquisition of Animal Lovers fits into the strategy of United Petfood to strengthen its position in the international dog biscuit market," states Dominiek Dumoulin, founder of United Petfood.
This acquisition provides new possibilities for Animal Lovers to pursue future ambitions. The combined forces and know-how enable United Petfood to further develop its expertise in the pet food market and to work further on new innovations and product developments.
