News from PetSmart

The board of directors of PetSmart has appointed Robert F. Moran chief executive officer. Moran has been the company's president and chief operating officer since 2001, and will retain his title as president. He joined PetSmart in July 1999 as president of North American stores. Current chairman and CEO Phil Francis will become executive chairman of the board, and will continue to work closely with Moran and PetSmart's leadership team.
