The Central Garden & Pet Company won nine out of a possible 33 new product awards, including five Best In Show awards, at the Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Florida. “Our team continues to lead the industry in new product innovation,” commented Jim Heim, president of the pet products division of Central Garden & Pet. Awards won by category were Aquatics/Oceanic (2nd place), Bird (Best in Show, 2nd and 3rd place), Equine (2nd place), Gift (Best in Show), Holiday (Best in Show), Reptile (Best in Show) and Small Animals (Best in Show).
