"Investing in dynamic markets"

The German company Nordenia International AG has now opened a marketing office in St. Petersburg. The company, an international leader in the production and processing of films, has been consistently building up its business relationships in the economically up-and-coming market of Russia over the last few years. The new office should ensure that customers in the north-west of the country are better served locally. “We are investing in very dynamic markets and following our principle of internationalisation – of being present in the regions where our customers are,” said Ralph Landwehr, chairman of the executive board of Nordenia International AG. The company has had its own production plant (Nordenia Slavnika Pereslavl) in Russia since 2003, manufacturing primarily flexible packagings for the food industry and for cosmetics, hygiene products, detergents and cleaning products. It also has a sales office in Moscow.
