Koch Heimtiernahrung donates a year’s supply of food

Gerhard Janisch of Vienna was blinded in a car accident. His guide dog Mira provides invaluable assistance and has been by his side for four years. Since Gerhard is no longer able to work and lives on his pension, he turned to Koch Heimtiernahrung, Eukanuba Österreich, in Steyregg for help. The company has now donated 100 kg of pet food for his guide dog. “By donating food we have been able to remove at least one of Mr Janisch’s worries,” said Niki Koch, marketing director of the company.
Koch Heimtiernahrung also donates pet food worth around € 60 000 per year to animal rescue centres across Austria.
