Pets Mart has a new director

The Pets Mart board of directors has appointed Joseph S. Hardin Jr. to the board, bringing its membership to 12. Hardin was president and chief executive officer of Kinko's Inc. for four years before his retirement in 2001. Prior to that, he served in several executive positions during an 11-year career at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., including as president and CEO of Sam's Club. Hardin earned a bachelor's degree from West Point and a master of business administration degree from North Texas State University.
