Pet Care Trust announces new administrative contact

After serving as coordinator and administrator for UK's Pet Care Trust since 1996, John Pitts is handing over the administrative reins. Debbie Mazur is the new administrative contact for the nationwide foundation whose numerous education programs have furthered responsible pet care.
