Nutro promotes Mark LaCorte

Mark LaCorte has been promoted by Nutro Products to the position of managing director of business development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. LaCorte has had extensive experience in the super-premium pet food business. For the last four years he has been Nutro's regional director of business development for Southern Europe and the Middle East. He came to Nutro after a seven-year association with the Iams Company. Based in Malta, LaCorte will report to Matt DeFreitas, Nutro`s vice president international, in the U.S. “Over the years Nutro has steadily expanded its international sales and management organisation to increase distributor support and maximise growth opportunities," DeFreitas said. "Nutro will continue to add talented people to its team and promote those members of the team who have performed well”.
