Qualipet creates an experience

Qualipet has designed a 900 m2 pet store with a number of shop-in-shop units in the centre of a shopping mall. A 50 m2 patisserie constructed entirely from wood and boasting tall, eye-catching towers displays a wide selection of treat and reward products for dogs and cats, while a likewise rustic-looking barber's shop presents canine care and accessory products. In Hinwil, Qualipet has unveiled its new barf shop concept for the first time. This is in the style of a butcher's shop with a black-and-white chequerboard floor and plenty of wooden details. A broad range of frozen products, speciality sausages, treat products and food supplements awaits fans of the raw meat diet here.

Qualipet has remained true to itself in Hinwil. In this store too, a mix of a comprehensive pet range, quirky products and diversified presentation constitutes the trademark of the pet store chain. The company underlines its speciality retail expertise and sets itself apart from its competitors in quality terms with the special shops on the retail area. A special experience has been created in the aquatics department, which includes the marine aquarium sub-segment in Hinwil. The aquarium inscriptions have been renewed, giving every customer a swift overview of the species in the individual tanks. One new visual feature at Qualipet are the dark blue, movable partition walls, which permit only a partial view of the aquatics department and are intended to awaken the curiosity of customers. Visitors to the store will also notice the cat scratching posts made from natural wood, which are extremely sturdy and well designed.

With regard to the pet food range in the store, the focus is on naturally produced premium products. Qualipet's private label products take up an increasing amount of space, especially its natural food line Harmony, which the company is expanding constantly. The equestrian department integrated into the store is expected to attract additional shoppers and offers a full range of items for horse owners, as is the custom at Qualipet.
